The shipping charge for the products under warranty and sent for settlement will be handled by P PLUS 2002 S.R.L. and the courier company will be communicated to the customer prior to dispatch.
The products will be sent to the warehouse address: Calea Plevnei 84, Bucharest, Romania and the guarantee will be solved by repairing or replacing the deffective product.
You lose warranty for products that have physical defects such as: blows, cracks, cuts, burnt parts or burrs, etc., damaged or removed seals, products used in inappropriate conditions (inadequate supply voltages, high temperature and pressure variations, mechanical shocks, incorrect handling, use of products in humid, dusty, noxious or chemical action etc.), incorrect settings and installations, groundless plugs, penetration of liquids, metals or other substances in the interior of the equipment, the mechanical or plastic intervention on the products, the connection or disconnection of certain components during the operation of the equipment.

Commercial Warranty
The commercial warranty is according to the manufacturer's warranty certificate, depending on the product category and represents the period during which the consumer benefits from free repairs from the seller / manufacturer.

Solar PV modules provide a physical and electrical warranty between 10-25 years, depending on the manufacturer. Solar PV modules have a lifetime between 15-40 years, depending on the manufacturer.
