RETURN POLICY 
 

According to Article 9 alin. 1 of the Government Ordinance no. 34 of 12 June 2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you have the right to withdraw from distance contracts without giving any reasons within 14 days from the date you entered or a third party, another than the carrier indicated by you in the physical possession of the products / last product. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract using an unqualified statement sent by e-mail.
If you withdraw, we will refund any amount we received from you, except for additional costs due to the fact that you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest type of standard delivery we offer without delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.
Send the products directly to: Calea Plevnei nr. 84, Bucharest, Romania, without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date when you notified us of the withdrawal. The term is respected if products are sent back before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products. You are only responsible for diminishing the value of products resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to determine the nature, quality and performance of the products.
