A: Yes, we can supply any electrical equipment available either from EU, USA, China or Japan.
Q: Do you have customer support?
A: Of course, we are here to serve our customers to the best of our abilities, via phone, email or direct visit.
Q: Should I pay the VAT?
A: Within the EU, VAT is deductable for registered companies only. Also for export outside EU, VAT is also deductable, so if you are outside EU, VAT will be deducted from your invoice.
Q: How is the warranty solved?
A: We can either replace the deffective part or the entire product.
Q: Is there a post-warranty available?
A: Yes, we can provide either an extended warranty or post-warranty services. Just ask us.
Q: I want to have a top quality photovoltaic installation, not a cheap system. What do you offer?
